Highlights from the 2019 Happeo Summit

This year’s annual Happeo Summit has finally been brought to a close – and what a summit it was! Expanded with an extra day for the very first time, the Summit was packed with great events and discussions, with a special focus on partners, improving their success and providing them with the tools to achieve digital transformation. Taking place in Amsterdam’s gorgeous Strandzuid, the team at Damson Cloud were joined by Happeo users from across Europe.

The annual Summit was filled with fascinating discussions on product news, platform showcases and internal comms developments, and Damson Cloud were delighted to join other Happeo users from across the continent. Here we got some really useful updates on Happeo’s roadmap, as well as the very best practices around operating the platform. We also talked about Happeo’s renewed objectives and future vision, correlating all areas of business development and goals into one direction.

A Thriving Happeo Network

We were really lucky to network with Happeo users from across Europe, learning from other partners about how they have implemented the platform and transformed their ways of working. We also got to hear from several customers around their experiences using Happeo, as well as the value of increased internal communication within their organisations. Networking with Google Cloud Partners and Happeo staff offered great insights which we at Damson Cloud are now proud to share with our customers.

A real highlight for us was catching up with Internal Comms experts, Mike Klein and Jonathan Davies. We shot an interview with Klein and Davies, discussing developments in the field of internal communications, as well as Klein’s successful research series “The Past and the Present of Internal Communications”. We were delighted to hear Happeo’s in-house research on quantifying employee engagement highlighted by Davies. This discussion will soon be released as a free downloadable PDF – watch this space!

Industry-leading Insights

At this year’s Happeo Summit, we shot our latest Google Cloud Partner Discussion Video with Ian Nairn from C-Learning and Tord Ripe from SymfoniNext, which will both be published online shortly. We were fortunate to get some fascinating industry insights from these interviews, and we can’t wait to share them with our followers.

Overall, we gained so much valuable knowledge and expertise over the week in Amsterdam, and really appreciated the effort that Happeo put into its customers and partners. We look forward to working more closely with them this year and we are excited to see the updates they are planning in 2020.

Check out the above video for some highlights of the Summit. Enjoy!
