Fintan Murphy is CEO and Founder of Damson Cloud, Ireland’s only Google Cloud Premier Partners. As a 20 year veteran of the IT industry, an expert in change management and business transformation, he has helped hundreds of businesses bring the new way of working to their organisations. He studied Business Analysis at the National College of Ireland and is a graduate of the Common Purpose, Meridian senior leadership programme.
As well as leading the team at large Fintan heads up the Sales and Marketing. His team is dedicated to ensuring customers get accurate, transparent and expert advice on how best to invest in their Google Workspace platform. We pride ourselves on advising our customers not selling to them. We sometimes even advise them to go elsewhere if we can’t fulfill their requirements.
Donal Murphy is COO and co-founder of Damson Cloud. Donal has over twenty years experience in the IT industry and has been working with Google Workspace since 2008. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with Workspace and Google Cloud to the team.
Donal heads up our operations team who manage everything from customer support to migrations and security reviews. Donal’s attention to detail and dedication to being utterly customer centric has established him as one of the leading Google Workspace experts in the industry.
Lesley joined the Damson Cloud team in late 2021, bringing the financial function in-house. She is a finance professional with over 15 years in FMCG, tourism & technology sectors. She also holds a Bachelor of Business and a Certificate in Data Analytics in Finance.
Since joining Lesley has improved the billing process for customers, added payment methods and ensured long term financial planning for the business. Her wealth of experience in financial and SAAS management has been an invaluable addition to our senior management team.
Having worked for Damson Cloud for many years as a change management consultant, Isobel joined the team full time in 2021 to head up the Customer Success Services department.
Isobel has experience of organisational leadership, programme development, facilitation and coaching. She holds Masters degrees in Psychology and Education, and is an accredited Coach (ICA) and Action Learning facilitator (ILM).
