We worked with the customer to build out a strategy for implementing Google Chat and Sites across the organisation. Our team built the solution and trained Fenero staff.
Despite having used Google Workspace for many years Fenero were not fully leveraging the capabilities. With the move to hybrid employees needed better ways of communicating other than email and a single place to go for company information and updates.
Damson Cloud evaluated Fenero’s usage of Google Workspace and found several areas for improvement. Including increased usage of Google Chat and Google Sites. Damson Cloud were able to build a bespoke training solution for the team and a custom Intranet for use internally. Working with Damson Cloud, we identified areas of improvement for Fenero.
Working together with internal stakeholders, Damson Cloud have given Fenero an alternative to their internal intranet with Google Sites. Google Chat is now the default instant communication tool within the business and Fenero continue to utilise and get the best out of Google Workspace with Damson Cloud as a Google Partner.
