Damson Cloud worked with Trio Media to evaluate their current outdated environment Office 365. We built out a strategy to move the organisation to Google Workspace including data migration, training, change management and digital transformation.
Trio Media were struggling with collaboration and communication within the organisation. Many of the staff were using consumer Gmail accounts already to leverage some collaborative features in Google Docs having become frustrated with the lack of capabilities in Office 365. The business owner Claire Daniels knew that the organisation needed a single collaborative platform for the business.
Google Workspace was the obvious solution for Trio Media. With its ease of use, familiar collaborative features and secure platform. It gave the business the solution they needed to grow their organisation.
Trio Media are now fully deployed on Google Workspace and the organisation is able to more easily collaborate both internally and externally with clients. As an organisation that has implemented the 4-day work week they have utilised Google Workspace to communicate while working hybrid and across different days of the week. Team are now able to work seamlessly no matter where or when they work.
