W2W were having challenges with collaboration within their team. Staff were finding it difficult to find the information they needed. Clear need for training to increase confidence in Google’s solutions and build out in-house data governance. Security concerns associated with lack of Shared Drive usage as well as staff now working in different locations.
Damson Cloud initially ran a full security audit of their platform to ensure they were following the best practices for Google Workspace and fully leveraging Google’s built in security. Damson Cloud customer success team implemented a training needs analysis of the team and built a bespoke training package to help their teams improve their usage of Google chat/spaces, Shared Drives and security.
With their improved security in place and an increase knowledge base amongst the team W2W were able to implement improved workflows and collaborate more effectively as a team. Users reported improved overall confidence in the sharing confidential information securely on Google Drive. This reduced the need for other third party solutions when collaborating with external vendors.
